Ant esports chair terms of warranty

Ant esports guarantees to repair and replacement of any components that are found to be malfunctioning/defective as a direct result of faulty workmanship on its part.
Ant esports assure to repair or replace any component that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Warranty Activation & Duration:

The warranty period will be considered to be active from the date of purchase i.e. from the date of purchase as mentioned on the purchase invoice provided against the said product provided by Ant esports.

  1. The duration of warranty for an end user is one (1) year from the day of purchase which is mentioned on the purchase invoice.
  2. The duration of warranty for gaming café use is 6 months from the day of purchase which is mentioned on the purchase invoice.
NOTE: Please make sure that you keep a physical or digital copy of your purchase invoice for the chair that you have purchased as you will be required to present it when you apply for your warranty.

Warranty Start Date:

Warranty will start from the date of original purchase as stated in the purchase invoice. We recommend that the individual that has acquired the product (provided that the product in question is purchased through an authorized retailer) keep a copy of the purchase invoice and serial number that is provided.


Terms of warranty:

Ant esports does not provide warranty for any damage and Malfunction resulting from but not limited to the following.

  1. Regular wear and tear which is expected over a course of ownership.
  2. Removal of any labels or stickers placed on the chair by the manufacturer.
  3. Any form of damage caused by the user resulting any form of malfunctioning under any circumstances.
  4. Any improper operations of use of the chair which is not intended by the manufacturer.
  5. Any damage caused due to improper assembly of the chair or assembly which is not in correspondence with the assembly instructions which are provided within the packaging provided by the manufacturer.
  6. Any physical or aesthetic modifications made that either influence the utility or appearance of the product in any way.

Warranty Embargos:

Warranty does not cover malfunction or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following.

  1. Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
  2. Removal of any manufacturer label(s) or sticker(s) from the product.
  3. Any damages that have been caused by user under any circumstances.
  4. Any improper operation of the product which is not intended by the manufacturer including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions.
  5. Any damage caused by improper assembly or any method of assembly which does not comply with the assembly instruction manual which is provided along with the product by Ant esports.
  6. Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Ant esports.

NOTE: Any tampering retrofitting or modifications made to the components, Color-Fasteness or to the covering material on the chair will not be covered under warranty. Ant esports reserves the right to refuse warranty claims based on the preceding list.

Please make sure that you have your purchase invoice available at the time of making the warranty claim. At the time of the warranty claim, you can be required to share information such as your Purchase invoice, proof of purchase and images or videos of the issue that you are facing with the product.
 
Please note that any tampering or retrofitting products, color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials will not be covered under warranty. Ant esports does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials. In addition, Ant esports reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that show any of the preceding listed in the exclusions.

Please have your detailed order information ready for the warranty department to begin your claim. You will be required to send, invoice, proof of purchase, serial number, photos and/or videos of the complication you are experiencing to allow our warranty department to further assist you.
 
NOTE: It is up to the discretion of Ant esports to make amendments in the terms of service at any given point of time without any prior notice.
