Q. I want to pair these fans with the antec nx800 which has 3 argb fans.
i want all of them to be in perfect sync with each other but i have no idea how do i do it. i have some questions like...
1) can i mount 2 of these fans to the top of the cabinet without any sort of radiator ?(radiators are expensive)
2) there are 3 pin connectors and 4 pin connectors and will they die if i connect them in the wrong manner?
3) does the msi b450 tomahawk max have the connector to which i can connect the controller & will the case fans be able to connect to the controller?
4)i am not able to understand this connector business at all so can you guide me or drop a youtube video link explaining the process..? 08/03/2020

We would be happy to assist you in clearing any confusion.

Firstly, ARGB connectors are 3 pins 5V and RGB connectors are 4 pins 12V.

So, if you plug them wrongly, you will damage them.

Your cabinet NX800 can support fans:

Front  3 x 120mm / 3 x 140mm / 2 x 200mm (Thickness ≤ 25mm)
Top     2 x 120mm / 2 x 140mm
Rear   1 x 120mm / 1 x 140mm

So, yes you can mount 2 of these fans on top.

B450 max has 2 RGB connectors.

Hence, you have to connect them using a converter or you can directly connect the 2 fans to the inbuilt-controller present in your cabinet as it should have support for 6 ARGB fans and it has only 3 installed without involving the motherboard connectors and have them in sync.

The controller can support up to 5 ARGB fans, 5 RGB Fans, has a port for LED control button through the front I/O, LED Speed control button, controller light mode button, and motherboard sync port to sync lights through motherboard software.
