Q. Is there any chance that any hardware might get dammaged on using tis graphics card?
The reason for buying the same is to play Gta 5. My pc fulfils all the minimum requirements to play the game apart from the GPU.
Plz suggest other 4gb GPUs with DVI port and HDMI port.

You may very well opt for this one. No hardware will be damaged. However the GPU may under perform.
Recommend upgrading your PC for better performance in gaming.

You may pair this GPU.
However, the GPU will underperform as the CPU is much weaker. Recommend you to upgrade the CPU, motherboard and RAM in near future. Also, a 550W+ SMPS with bronze certification or above is recommended.

A. It will be supported. However we don't recommend pairing the CPU-GPU in the motherboard as the GPU will not be able to perform at full potential. Recommend upgrading the CPU and motherboard to match the performance of the GPU.

Can Pcie 2.0 provide required power output?

You can install the GPU in the system. However, it is recommended to use a 500W or above SMPS with at least bronze certification.
Also, the GPU may not perform to it's full potential due to reduced bandwidth of reduced PCIe lanes.
Q. Is it Works with 180 watts smps? can I use this gpu in dell imprison 3250?

It will not work with that SMPS. Recommended a 500W SMPS or more.
