Probably the cheapest and a reliable brand with a 5-year warranty.
Adata and Crucial and others are the alternative options but most of them use controllers from others, whereas WD has both the controller and the memory from Sandisk (a sub-brand of WD). Hopefully, they shall be able to provide firmware and other supports for longer than other brands mentioned.
Samsung has a higher price also recent firmware issue of theirs made me think again.

**Just note WD has no Overprovisioning in its SSD management software (Dashboard), you have to do it manually.
Excellent service, prompt response on any inquiry, be it by email, call or whatsapp chat. Good pricing of products, though it could be more competitive in comparison to Amazon pricing. The number of days taken could have been lesser but the courier- DTDC is a notorious, worst management courier because the franchisees of DTDC are in no way under control of the DTDC management or their strategic planning is also poor. The packing of the product was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely recommend to buy products from M D Computers without any doubts whatsoever as they are very professional and well managed. The only suggestion though will be that they must do something to expedite orders by choosing better courier partners.

Ordered on 15th July 2022 in morning and received on the same day at afternoon. Works perfectly with my Thinkpad E14 Gen3 (AMD) laptop. Idle Temp is around 37-40C with no airflow and temperature while 4 hours of stress testing reached max 50C even then laptop fans didn't spin up. Power draw is negligible and hence doesn't drains battery. Testing done in ambient temperature of 32C without Air-conditioner. It supports NVMe 1.4.0 protocol same as Samsung 980.
