Campaign Terms and conditions

a. This Event is valid for Gamers, Content creators, home user and end-users only. Not valid for B2B or Reseller.

b. Valid for both Online & Offline purchases.

c. Validity from 20th November to 30th November 2023.

d. The Event is valid only once per user.

e. Order will not be eligible for cancellation or modification once it has been shipped.

f. Return policy is only valid if the product is defective or is in damaged condition.

g.Once the form is submitted it cannot be modified.

h. Customers are required to exchange their product within the same category. For instance, if a customer selects a mouse for exchange, then it can only be exchanged with another mouse and not from any different category.

i. This Event is running on selected HyperX products..

j. Every product's exchange value is different, depending on the item being exchanged and on their condition..

k. Customers have to courier their old products at their own risk and own cost.

l. No Cost EMI is applicable with this Event.

m. Campaign is subject to change without any prior information.

n. Decisions in all circumstances made by M D Computers Pvt Ltd will be held final.

 For Exchange

a. All the required data must be filled.

b. Defective and damage product shall not be accepted.

c. In the event that the exchanged product is discovered to be broken, damaged, or if the offered exchange value does not meet your expectations, it will be returned to your provided address. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the associated delivery charges.

d. After form submission, you will get a call from our customer service team within 24 working hours.

e. Our dedicated team will check the product as per our exchange terms and conditions.

f. After checking exchange product, our technical team will reach out to you with the eligible value of exchange product.

g. We will transfer remaining exchange value via Cashback/Coupon Voucher as per your choice.
