Q. My specs am3+ FX 4100 motherboard m5a78m, 8 GB DDR3 ram. Will it be sufficient to use or should I upgrade my specs? Also suggested the best card for the same specs.

An upgrade is recommended. The CPU is too weak for the GPU and will cause bottlenecks.
You can pair your current config with a GTX 750Ti or you can upgrade your CPU to at least i7 4790k where you need to change and upgrade your motherboard too.
Q. My computer specs :Gigabyte 78lmt MoBo, amd fx 8350, 600 watt smps cooler master and 8gb ddr3 ram.
Will it suffice?
