It comes with a controller. The ARGB controller allows users to switch LED modes, LED colors, and LED Speeds when using a motherboard without a 5V addressable RGB header. Users can switch between flow, ripple, pulse, blink, wave, full light, RGB spectrum, and off modes with various colors and LED speeds options.

Ultimately good fans. Thermaltake equivalent to performance.

They are only functional as radiator fans with mediocre performance, I could have given 4 stars but there are kinks with this:
1. Horrible Cable management - Is horrible or worst ever. For 3 fans they take 6 fans cable space. You have to be a master in cable management to setup these fans otherwise you're gonna regret buying them.
2. Mediocre Performance - MAX RPM is 1500 and max static air pressure is about 1.53mmAq which is ok, but will not give you any noticeable temp difference.
3. Beauty but no Brains. Yes it has RGB, but the overall design is not good when they are off, fan green PCB is visible in the center, wires are also visible if you set them as exhaust which looks cheap. Thermaltake should have focused on fan design / performance rather than giving tentacles of long cables.

For better performance go brands like Deepcool, arctic, or Noctua.

Great fan, very bright colors, noice is negligible. Better than shown in pictures. Build quality is very good, better than cooler master or corsair at this price point. Go for it.

These fans are one of the best ARGB fans available in the market. At such a cheap price even RGB fans are not available from any reputed brand while Thermaltake is providing ARGB fans at such a competitive price. There are 9 LEDs in each fan which makes it super bright and the controller also good. There are many modes of lighting which can be choosen through the controller. Just go fot it.

These are really good performing fans. They were quite heavy and the build quality is quite apparent once you old them in your hands. I was confused between Deepcool CF120 and this but finally chose this after being recommended by a sales rep. Needless to say I am happy that I chose this fans. They are quiet in normal functioning and at full tilt is also not very loud. The ARGB is good and can sync with any Motherboard with 3 pin 5V ARGB headers. There are no RGB hotspots as it seems to be in the picture which is always good.
