Q. No one buy products from this site. my hdd is refurbished i am going to legal fresh products warranty shows 2 year but in Seagate team they reaveled this site is not a authorised dealer for Seagate and in this manner all products warranty is a dream i have all proof 04/01/2024

A. If you have malfunctions in the product and the brand is refusing to provide service then you may ship the unit to us. Brands sometimes have glitched databases resulting in wrong warranty time frames. Else if your item is working then you may use it and wait till it malfunctions without any sudden assumptions.

Hi,
I accidentally visited this website and checked whether they are genuine. Then I checked for reviews and made my decision. I was feeling dicy to place order here or not. Because it's an online portal and how can we be sure on this. Despite that I placed an order this hard-disk because it is giving me cheapest rate than the Amazon and Flipkart. And within 4 days it got delivered to Mumbai. I checked the hard disk and it is purely genuine and validated on Segate website. Now I built up my trust and will order more stuff from here.

I am really amazed to see the kind of service provided by MD Computers. I was looking for a SEAGATE 2TB HDD 7000 RPM (ST2000DM008). I live in Noida. I first check on amazon.in and Flipkart I did not get this model anywhere then I did google search. I got a link of MD Computers and other venders in the search results. I checked one by one sees the review videos on youtube. I call many vender helplines including MD computers. After that, I ordered an HDD from MD Computers. I got a message that due to the COVID-19 situation the parcel may delay.
I call the MD computers helpline about the timeline, I got a general reply that I will inform when we will pack and parcel this from Kolkata. I asked him if possible please change the warehouse anywhere near Delhi NCR, which can speed up the delivery. I received the call from MD computers that they have changed the pickup location from Kolkata to Jaipur. Date of order: 15/07/2020 Date of delivery: 19/07/2020.
