Q. The availability is described as "In Stock" but I am getting a notify me option. Is the product not available or not deliverable at my location?
A. Currently, there is no information available from the manufacturer regarding the product. You can select the 'Notify Me' Option to get instant stock updates. Also, you can purchase other available options.
Q. Does the case come with pre-installed stand offs for ATX mobo ?
A.
Standoffs are universally compatible. A lot of cases now come with them pre-installed, but if they're not pre-installed, they'll be in a little plastic bag somewhere in the case box (standoffs for all the configurations they support).
Q. Do the pre-installed fans have 4 pin rgb connector or 3 pin argb connector and the cables fron fan which connect to mobo's system fan connectors, are they pwm or 3 pin ?

It is 3 pin ARGB connector.

Q. Does it comes with fan hub and rgb cable splitter?

It comes with Digital RGB Controller.
Q. are dust filters included in the case? if not then do i need to get additional dust filters? or will it work fine without the dust filters?

Yes, the can=binet has magnetic dust filter at top.
The front is Ultra Fine Performance Mesh that brings the best air intake performance while keeping dust from entering the system.
