Nzxt H510 can support radiators:

• Front: 2x 140 or 2x 120mm with Pull
• Rear: 1x 120mm

Thus, the cabinet will not be able to fit in 360mm radiator. It can fit a 280mm radiator which is good for your Ryzen 7 3700X CPU.

The CPU-GPU pair is good. With good airflow and a good CPU cooler you will not have any heating issues.
