A. The specification you have mentioned are okay for the 450W PSU to handle. However AMD Ryzen 5 4500 Processor will not give you any display if you have not installed a dedicated graphics card in the PC. You may use RX 6400 or 6650 XT with this configuration. If you pair it with RX 6400 then 450W Bronze Certified PSU will be fine. However, if you paid the system with RX 6650 XT then purchasing a better PSU is advisable.
