MSI B450 tomahawk Max has 4 x 4-pin system fan connectors for RGB fans.

The RAMs RGB will not require any external power for LED. They will light up automatically and can be controlled via motherboard LED software. Also, the Wraith cooler will not require any external power, the CPU fan connector will turn on the LED of the cooler.
