I bought this motherboard along with the high-end R7 3700X, it was the only motherboard at the time which supported Ryzen 3000 CPUs out of the box. I paired it with 3200Mhz RAM and it runs very well with the board with no stability issues, I'm sure I can overclock it but right now I'm satisfied with the speeds. Coming back to the board itself, It has an M.2 slot which was also one of the reasons I upgraded (as my previous, intel 4th gen build lacked that port). the board has heatsinks, so you need not worry a lot while overclocking your CPU. This board supports the latest USB 3.2 gen 2 both type A and type c ports, Audio through this board is also great. These are some of the few but great features I mentioned about this board. It is one of a kind board and with MSI's support and Ryzen's power, this will serve you for years to come. |

Value for money. If you are confused about what to buy in the b450 series, just go with the tomahawk. Best heat dissipation in it's class. Using it for more than 6 months and satisfied with its performance. |

I bought this motherboard from a local retailer and I am very happy with this product. I faced no issues that were plaguing the old B450 Tomahawk(non-MAX variant) such as posting issues etc. The motherboard works great with my Ryzen 5 3600 which I have managed to overclock to 4.2 GHz. This board also features MSI's Click Bios 5 (the non-MAX variant features the Click Bios lite which does get the job done but is harder to navigate) which made overclocking the processor and the RAM a breeze. |
