Q. can u update the bios? and please check the 2nd and 4th ram slots are working in dual channel mode. because I ordered this motherboard from amazon and found that 3rd and 4th ram slots r not working if I connect 8x2 GB rams in 2nd and 4th slot only 8gb ram showing and if I connect those ram on 1st and 2nd slot at single-channel mode then both rams r working so I returned the board.

We can update the BIOS on customer request. Please mention "BIOS update" and RAM slot testing in the comments section under the view cart during checkout. We will update the BIOS of the motherboard and then ship it to you.
