You can use "WB internal SATA SSD" and "m.2 Samsung Evo 970 plus" together. But if you connect the m.2 SSD, then you have to connect the SATA 2.5" SSD in other SATA ports excluding SATA1 port. The motherboard has 6 SATA ports.
