Q. I'm not gonna overclock this motherboard, sure. But I heard that every AMD motherboards support OC as all processors are overclockable. Is it true???

All AMD processors are overclockable. But not all motherboards support OC.
They don't have the right VRMs to maintain temperatures and fluctuations during OC and thus will get fried easily.
For OC, X570 motherboards should be used. They come equipped with better VRM and heatsinks.
Q. Why one should buy MSI B450 instead of MSI A320M. WHAT'S ARE THE MAJOR DRAWBACKS FROM IT'S HIGHER EDITION???

It depends on the CPU you are planning to use.
B450 provides better VRMs, easy intuitive BIOS, and more PCIe lanes.
If you are using a 2nd Gen Ryzen or higher, you should opt for B450.
