A. You can enable G-Sync from Nvidia Control Panel but you will not get the full G-Sync experience, only primary VESA Adaptative Sync features.

A. It may work partially but not confirmed. Any display that has at least G-Sync compatibility, will work with Nvidia GPU.

A. MSI G242 has Freesync you can select 48 to 144Hz but the MSI G241 is locked to 144 Hz only. That is the significant difference for which G242 is a better choice.
