As far as I know:
Base Clock (10700KF) = 3.80GHz
Base Clock (9900KF) = 3.60GHz
Boost Clock (10700KF) = 5.10GHz
Boost Clock (9900KF) = 5.00GHz
Both are Perfectly same but I've seen that 9900KF Overclocks better and is a Tad bit Faster. 11/01/2021
