I got this processor in the month of Oct 2019 for Rs 6.5k including taxes. My whole set up cost me around 40k including monitor. I bought everything from the M D Computers. Best site to get computer parts. This processor is really good when it comes to 1080p budget gaming. Even it comes close to i7 7700k. You can check YouTube videos.

In cs go at 1280x960 all low settings, I get above 230 fps
Assassin's creed odyssey, custom settings - very high 35-50 fps 1080p
Far Cry 4 very high settings 40-60 fps 1080p
Bioshock Infinite very high settings 50-60 fps 1080p
Ori and the will of the wisp - Ultra settings - 60fps 1080p
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered - Very high settings - 70 to 100fps 1080p

intel is getting more crazy with the prices of CPU. almost 8000 rs for a 4 core cpu thats just robbery. i would recomment buying a ryzen 5 1600 or 3500 instead of this. they both have 6 cores and 1600 has 12 threads with same base and boost clocks.

For budget gaming so far the cheapest and best cpu.

Best CPU @ 6610 for Gtx 1660 6gb with an H310 motherboard. I bought Asus Tuf gaming gtx 1660 6gb @ 15999. Best budget build till now.

I just got it and boy oh boy Does it give you speed! Its best budget processor but ofc you will need a graphics card, go for it without any delay
