You can use it with the processor, but it will be a very bad combination as there will be bottleneck issues. Recommend upgrading your processor to use this RTX 3050 graphics card. Also, a minimum of 550W SMPS with 80+ bronze certifications is recommended when using a PC with RTX 3050.
