Q. Can it's vrm handle a Ryzen 7 3700x/3800x at stock and at slight overclock 4.5ghz all core?
Will it vrm not get overheated? Is it good for it and will the motherboard keep my system stale at overclock?

We don't test hardware ourselves.
The motherboard has good VRMs. You can find many reviews about the product on the internet which will help you decide the best motherboard for you.
Q. Can I update the bios without cpu?

We can update the BIOS on customer request. Please mention "BIOS update" in the comments section under the view cart during checkout. We will update the BIOS of the motherboard and then ship it to you.

A. It will support the CPU and GPU. The motherboard may require a BIOS update before using the CPU.
Q. After bios update can i pair it with any amd cpu/apu and overclock it?
