Q. Hi, recently I'm seeing a lot of users complaining online that this PSU is either dead-on-arrival or blowing up and damaging other PC components. I tried plugging in just the PSU, without any components connected to it, to the power outlet to check but I didn't see any fan spinning when I turned power on. How do I know that the PSU I received is in working condition?
A. Currently we didn't receive any such mass reviews but we have our return policies to aid customers with any kind faulty products.
Q. What is Active PFC? Will it not let the PC shut off as soon as when electricity goes off?!
A. Power Factor Correction, it modulates the flow of electricity properly throughout the PSU and the system as per the fluctuations.
Q. Does it have Indian type plug?
A. Indian.
Q. My configuration is Ryzen 5600X and Asus TUF Gaming Plus Mobo with MSI RTX 3060 Ti. Will this power supply be enough? Also should I get a 1KVA UPS or 1.5KVA UPS?
A. The PSU is ok, UPS needs to be 1.5 KVA or above.
Q. Is this PSU enough to play heavy games on my 2070 super OC with R5 3600 with Aio?
A. Yes.
