Q. Hi, recently I'm seeing a lot of users complaining online that this PSU is either dead-on-arrival or blowing up and damaging other PC components. I tried plugging in just the PSU, without any components connected to it, to the power outlet to check but I didn't see any fan spinning when I turned power on. How do I know that the PSU I received is in working condition?
