Gigabyte C200 Cabinet has a Max PSU length support of 170mm and CPU cooler height clearance of 165mm.

Corsair HX 750 PSU has a length of 180mm.

Cooler Master MA 620P Cooler has a height of 158.4mm.

Thus,  as per specifications, the PSU will not fit in the cabinet and the Cooler will fit in the cabinet.
