Yes, you can run a 3900X CPU on this motherboard. However, it is not recommended.
We will recommend a good X570 motherboard for the high-end CPU R9 3900X.
Also, this motherboard supports RAM of up to 3200MHz. Thus, it will not support RAM OC to 3400MHz.
