Yes, you can use the processor in Gigabyte B450 Gaming X motherboard. However, you will loose the added bandwidth of PCIe Gen 4.0
For AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, it is recommended to go with B550 / X570 motherboards. As the CPU comes PCIe Gen 4.0 ready, it will require PCIe Gen 4 supported motherboards to gain the added advantage of it.
