Q. does this mother board support ryzen 3 3200G with out bios update

A BIOS update may be required.
We can update the BIOS on customer request. Please mention "BIOS update" in the comments section under the view cart during checkout. We will update the BIOS of the motherboard and then ship it to you.
Q. What is difference between B450 Aurous M and B450 Aurous M Elite
A.
B450 Aorus M is a mATX sized motherboard while B450 Aorus Elite is a AT sized motherboard.
Also, the max RAM support of Elite is 64GB 3600MHz while the other has support up to 3200MHz.
There are also many other differences in their internal I/O and features. You can find them all in the product description in detail.
Q. Hey so I am going to use a Ryzen 5 2600 or a Ryzen 7 2700. Will a BIOS update be needed for either of them?
A. The motherboard will support the processors out of the box ready.
Q. Is overclocking supported on this motherboard? If yes, is it recommended? (btw, I am using a Ryzen 7 2700)
A. Overclocking is not recommended. For OC you need a higher grade motherboard like X570.
Q. How many rgb headers does the motherboard has and how many rgb cabinet fans can i connect to it.
