We can update the BIOS on customer request. Please mention "BIOS update" in the comments section under the view cart during checkout. We will update the BIOS of the motherboard and then ship it to you.
Q. Does this motherboard support gaming at @ 144hz refresh rate
A. It depends on the CPU, GPU, connecting cables, monitor and more other than the motherboard to support gaming at 144 Hz.
