Q. will this fit in Antec df500 cabinet? can I pair it with ryzen 5 3600 and rx580 8gb? is this motherboard good for overclocking? and what is the advantage of this over the b450m besides the size?

Antec DF500 will fit any motherboard with ATX size thus, the motherboard will be supported. Yes, the CPU-GPU pair is good and will fit in the motherboard.
For overclocking we recommend using a X570 motherboard with 240mm or above AIO cooler.
There are many I/O ports differences and other internal differences between B450 and B450M.
