Q. G-Skill Trident Z Neo have 5yr Warranty, but what if after 1-2yrs of use one ram get stop working, so how and where am i suppose to replace it ? Did MD computers provide replacement Or any other support regarding Warranty ?
A. Warranty can be claimed from the manufacturer itself. All the details will be present on the product box. If you face any issue with contacting the manufacturer, you may contact us and we will do the same from our end to the manufacturer.
Q. Plz stop your delivery through fed ex only many places don’t have fedex. Try dlc or dtdc for delivery. My order is taken a week because it’s done by fed ex. Still haven’t got the ram

We try to ship the items with the customer's preferred courier service if possible.
Q. Is this RAM pre-overclocked at 3600Mhz or it has to be manually overclocked to 3600Mhz? Till what maximum frequency it can overclock without tweaking the voltages etc?
A. The RAM can be easily overclocked to 3600MHz with XMP. No need to change voltages.
Q. Are these RAM sticks ‘perfectly’ compatible with Intel CPUs like i5 9400F, i5 9600k, i7 9700k, i9 9900k?
