Q. i have msi g41 ddr3 mobo . . .i paired it with a hynet 4gb 1333mhz its not running properly its restarting n freezing will this single stick help me in this. . .also why this thing price high.

We recommend pairing the RAMs with same model number, same latency, same memory size, and same speed. You may use the RAM on the motherboard as a lone memory, or use two of these RAMs for better performance.

Yes, you may replace your 2 GB RAM with 2 of these DDR3 RAMs. Please make sure that the motherboard supports DDR3 RAM modules.
You can go with RX 560 / GTX 1030 with the CPU.
