The memory chip is manufactured by sk hynix and the die used is afr. I managed to to squeeze those timings to 16, 17, 18, 30 @ 1.35v running stable at 3200 MT units, adjusting the sub-timings can be a little difficult and time consuming therefore i suggest using ryzen dram calculator to get more accurate results for a stable oc.
The maximum bandwidth achievable is significantly less than a samsung B-die kit which costs more accordingly, therefore combining it with mid to low range cpus is the way to go, use a b-die memory if you're going for a high end cpu and don't want to lose performance.
