Corsair 750D Black case has a CPU height clearance of 170mm.

Deepcool GamerStorm Assassin III air cooler has a height of 165mm and supports AM4 socket of AMD Ryzen 7 3800X.

Thus the CPU air cooler is compatible with the cabinet and the CPU.

Although, we cannot be specifically sure about the clearance of the cooler with RAMs and motherboard heatsinks. These can only be made sure by physically assembling the PC components.
