Q. if product found damaged or received different product then can i get refund my amount or replacment ?
A. If the product is dead on arrival, then you may inform us within 72 hours after delivery and we will look into the matter and arrange for a replacement. If a different product received, then please inform us about it within 72 hrs of delivery via call or mails, also do not open the product seal. If the seal is opened then return/replacement is invalid.
