for ryzen 5 2600x processor. GPU is 1050ti ddr5 4gb ram 16gb or I need to buy some other variant?

because without removing how will the motherboard be at same level,and there is a additional standoff in the box ,what is it meant for???
please help i have paused my build because of it.

There's none standoff present in the cabinet, that may be present inside the cabinet's box as we have checked
the cabinet physically.
