It supports full spectrum i.e. 16.8 million colors of RGB. It is not ARGB.

Addressable RGB or ARGB has the same spectrum of colors. The difference between RGB and ARGB is that in ARGB each LED in the fans or strips can be addressed seperately, while it is not possible in RGB components.
