Cooler Master MasterAir MA620M has a height of 165mm and RAM height clearance of 69mm.
Corsair iCUE 220T RGB has a CPU cooler height clearance of 160mm.
Thus, the cooler will not fit in the cabinet. You will require a cabinet with CPU cooler height clearance above 165mm. 
Q. 1> Will it fit in Cooler Master MB 520 cabinet ? I have a ryzen 5 3600.

Thus, it will be a tight fit. Recommend choosing another case with more CPU height clearance for complete peace of mind.

A. It is a good CPU air cooler. You may also use a good 280mm or 360mm AIO liquid cooler for the best cooling performance.
