A. You can upgrade your cooler to this one. Also, use an aftermarket thermal paste for better thermals.

The AIO cooler is good for the processor. However, the cooler will not fit in the cabinet. The cabinet is quite an absolute product now.
I would recommend you to go for a good air cooler (Cooler clearance height is 155mm).
Else, you can upgrade to a new cabinet with AIO support and better features.
Q. Can it handle easily Ryzen 7 3700x?
