A. Yes, it should. But you should opt for a higher GPU like RX 580 8GB or GTX 1660 or higher for balanced performance with the CPU.
Q. Will it work in bronze certified
400 watt power supply
A. We need to know about the other peripherals you are using. Still we recommend you at least a 450W or 500W 80+Bronze and higher PSU .

It is not recommended by us to use that GPU in that system as you will not get the expected performance.
Also, you will have to at least use a 550W 80+ Bronze or higher PSU.
Suggest you to upgrade your CPU to match the GPU performance and at least 8 GB RAM.

570 4 GB or you may opt for 1060 3 Gb AMP (Factory OC). Any higher GPU will be bottlenecked by your processor.
