Yes, the components are compatible and you can use them in your PC.

However, we will not recommend paired them together as AMD Ryzen 5 5600X is a bit weaker for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti on 1080p or 1440p pixels screen resolution for general tasks and gaming. This may result in bottleneck issues. When playing games your graphic card won't perform on maximum possible performances (won't be utilized to the maximum), because you processor won't process and deliver data fast enough. This theoretically means that utilization of you processor will be on maximum and the potential of graphic card will not be completely used.

Recommend using a RTX 3060 Ti with your Ryzen 5 5600X for optimal performance.

For RTX 3080 Ti, recommend using a minimum of 850W SMPS with 80+ Gold Certifications or above. And if you use a RTX 3060 Ti, then your 750W SMPS should suffice.
