The motherboard supports RAM up to 3200MHz and support memory OC through XMP.
You can use corsair RAM which supports XMP and get rated 3000MHz speed.
Q. Can I run dual monitor with this motherboard and R3 3200g without any graphics card

Multi-VGA output support: HDMI/DVI-D/D-Sub ports
- Supports HDMI 2.0b with a maximum resolution of 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz
- Supports DVI-D with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
- Supports D-sub with max. resolution 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz
This means you have to get two monitors which should support HDMI and DVI respectively.
