Not that this is a very nicely priced card as well BUT
Still, if you have roughly 25k - 30k Rs to spend on a graphics card and wondering which one to buy then there is no better card to buy than this one as of now.
3060 has features that seem attractive like RTX but it's one of the weakest 60 class cards Nvidia has launched ever (barely surpasses last gen's 2060 Super) so its a very weak card for RTX today roughly 1.5 years after its launch.
As for DLSS, its nice but since AMD's super-resolution (FSR) is open source, its already getting adopted by game developers much faster than DLSS was at its launch so FSR probably win out in the future just as AMD's open source Freesync did over Nvidia's proprietary BlackBox Gysnc (Nvidia was eventually forced to support Freesync but called it Gsync compatible to save face)
