No, it doesn't support NVLink multi GPU.
It supports AMD CrossfireX multi GPU.
Q. Hello. My PSU is Antec ne600g zen gold rated. It has only 8 pin eps connector. this motherboard which I am planing to use with r5 3600, has 8+4 pin eps connector. my question is that is my PSU's 8 pin connector enough for this motherboard or I need to buy a new PSU with 8+4 pin eps connector? I don't plan to overclock to extreme levels. might increase the clocks by a little bit only.

The 8-pin EPS connector is enough to power your processor. The extra 4-pin EPS is required for extreme overclocking, which you might not require at the moment.
Thus, the PSU will work fine with the motherboard and the CPU.
