Q. I purchased this UPS from your company two years ago. However, the battery has stopped working and can no longer keep my PC on for even 1 minute. I need to purchase a new battery for this UPS. Where can I find a replacement battery?
A. You can check the compatible battery from various brands available online, however we do not sell batteries for UPS.

will this ups be able to handle my pc at load,i just need it for the time the inverter takes to switch to battery from mains, and when the voltage gets too low.
A. PCs with full performances cannot be backed up via any UPSs, but as per the wattage compatibility the UPS can provide backup to a 750w system.

A. No. Unfortunately such high power capacity UPSs are not available with us right now.
