The extra 4 pins are used for overclocking purposes.

The CPU will draw sufficient power from the 8 pin CPU connector. The extra 4 pins can be left blank and unattended, it would not affect any performance of the CPU.

Q. Should I use ups if have inverter connection or can I use it through AC current and use inverter when power cut? 16/02/2020

A. A UPS is recommended because as per your SMPS choice, you have a beefy PC that needs good power. An inverter is good, but there is a current delay between the power cut and transfer to inverter power. This may cause the system to shutdown during power cut. It may affect the PC components eventually if PC doesn't shut down properly.
