A. Yes but the GPU will leave very low clearance space at the front to fit any fan or cooler.

Ant Esports 220 Air case does not have enough space at the top side to install any AIO CPU cooler. However, it can fit up to 360mm CPU cooler in the front. So, you can install the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L ARGB V2 White Edition CPU Liquid Cooler in the front of the case instead of the top.
Q. can we fit this power supply Gigabyte P750GM 80 Plus Gold SMPS

Ant Esports 220 Air case can support PSU of up to 175mm length.
Gigabyte P750GM PSU is 150mm long. Thus, it will easily fit in the cabinet.
