Q. I m using 3700x with msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac and zotac rtx 2070. I m experiencing framedrops in certain games at ultra setting like nfs heat and hitman. Wht could be the reason?
A. There might be some heating issues of the CPU. Please check the CPU temperatures and check if there is any dust accumulation in the PC. If the problem still persists, then I would recommend using a good CPU cooler to keep the temps under control.
Q. Could I install a Corsair Hydro X series CPU water block with this CPU?

Q. Will its stock wraith prism cooler handel this processer if I stream games or editing 4k vidoes on stock?
Or can it handel with auto / light oc?
A. The cooler will serve basic operations. Recommended using a good aftermarket liquid cooler with the CPU for advanced cooling during long hours of gaming and video editing.
Q. In return policy, it is mentioned that it cannot be returned once sold. What if we get a faulty product?
And also damage during transit is not insured, this is really bothering me.
It is confusing when you state that return is available on select products and when someone asks a question about the return you are asking to refer return policy. So I assume that return is not applicable to this product.

Return/replacement is applicable if you receive a dead on arrival product or faulty product.
Also, we ensure the safe delivery of all products. If you found any damage due to transit then you may inform us over call or mail within 72 hours of receiving the product, we will be happy to help you.
Return/replacement is not applicable for incompatible seal opened products.
Q. So If I use the Wraith Prism cooler, will it be able to keep the Processor Cool, with surrounding room temperature of 42-43C.??

For moderate usage the stock cooler is good.
Recommended using a good AIO cooler for gaming and heavy duty applications.
