Obviously X570 is a better chipset than B450. X570 is PCIe Gen 4 ready and has more PCIe lanes with higher bandwidth than any B450 motherboard.
For a high-end processor like 3700X, it is recommended to use a X570 motherboard to bring out its full potential.
