You can use the GPU for getting the display.

The GPU is very weak compared to the CPU and thus will bottleneck heavily. Recommend upgrading the GPU for a stable system with great performance.

The Ryzen 5 3500 CPU will work fine with the GPU. You may go for 8GB+ DDR4 RAMs.

Also, as you are going for an AMD build, you may go for a B450/X470/X570 motherboard to support the CPU.
