For AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, it is recommended to go with B550 / X570 motherboards. As the CPU comes PCIe Gen 4.0 ready, it will require PCIe Gen 4 supported motherboards to gain the added advantage of it.

Yes, you can use the processor in Aorus Elite B450 motherboard. However, you will loose the added bandwidth of PCIe Gen 4.0
